THE SYSTEM

Cemintel™’s Commercial ExpressWall™ system provides a versatile and durable facade that is suitable for an extensive range of commercial and industrial buildings types. The primary component of the ExpressWall™ system is Cemintel ExpressPanel™, which is fixed to a purpose designed light steel frame.
The panels may be arranged in a variety of patterns, and surface relief is produced by expressed joint finishing. Cemintel ExpressWall™ is a highly adaptable system that can be used to conceal most common structural materials such as masonry, precast concrete or steel and timber stud framing.
ExpressPanel™ is a 9mm thick compressed, autoclaved, cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet. ExpressPanel™ has a smooth flat surface and a square edge finish suitable for expressed jointing. It is a dense, high strength building product, which provides a suitable substrate for a variety of finishes from paint to texture coatings.
ExpressPanel™ is fixed to and supported by ExpressWall™ Top Hats at the vertical edges and by Intermediate Top Hats between these edges. High durability gaskets are utilised to seal vertical and horizontal joints and to accommodate building movement. |
