THE SYSTEM

The Cemintel Residential ExpressWall™ system provides a versatile and durable façade with a modern style for residential buildings. Residential ExpressWall™ is a highly adaptable system that can be used to conceal most common structural materials such as masonry, precast concrete, and steel or timber stud framing.
Residential ExpressPanel™ is an 8mm thick, autoclaved, cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet which is purpose manufactured for use on residential building facades. It is a square edge sheet with a smooth flat surface suitable for painting.
The panels are supported by vertical top hat framing and fixed with concealed screws. The panels may be arranged in a variety of patterns, and surface relief is produced by expressed joint finishing.
Residential ExpressPanel™ can be finished with a wide variety of exterior grade acrylic paint or aggregate finishes resulting in a high degree of design freedom. |
