Combining modern day Abruzzo regional cuisine with old family recipes, Candelori’s restaurant has served beautiful Italian food and wine in a luxury dining setting since 1999. To stay fresh, and at the fore of contemporary design, the restaurant recently underwent a complete transformation.
Cladding was key to achieving this stunning design in a limited timeframe. Barestone Internal’s raw concrete look and texture create a natural yet contemporary cladding option that provided a sophisticated contrast with the restaurant’s luxe marble and wooden accents.
Against the gentle swirls and streaks of the marble, and warm woodgrain features, the neutral industrial aesthetic of the cladding adds a modern touch; translating Candelori’s blend of classic and new cuisine into a sleek spatial design.
Being pre-finished and quick to install, the cladding ensured minimal disruption to the restaurant’s business while giving the look of a cement wall. This allowed them to welcome customers back in sooner, providing the perfect backdrop for their celebrations and dining occasions.
“Coming to Candelori’s is about an experience, and we wanted a space that reflected and complemented the beauty of our food. The cladding gave us a refined look that enhances the restaurant’s high end contemporary dining feel, while creating an area our customers are comfortable in,” says owner, Ross Candelori.
