Tasked with creating a dream home for a couple to retire into, building company, Arklen, have created a beautifully sustainable home that perfectly melds the Californian bungalow aesthetic with an industrial edge.
The look was achieved with a creative cladding solution by adding clean sleek lines and finishes to the home’s stunning luxury design.
Cemintel’s Mosaic® cladding, a versatile and durable facade with modern geometric styling, was paired with contrasting Edge, a vertical format cladding alternative to the traditional weatherboard.
Having worked with the products previously on other projects, Arklen knew the claddings’ subtle texture would act as a beautiful base for the refined coloured palette to create a relaxed, elegant home.
