To bring the exterior vision to life, Hudson Ridge Builders paired Cemintel Territory™ Woodlands Birch with Hebel PowerPanelXL, creating a cohesive material palette that embodies the calm and texture of coastal living while delivering lasting performance.

The home’s layout embraces dual entertaining zones: an elevated living and alfresco area that captures sweeping views, and a ground-level poolside sanctuary perfect for summer gatherings.
